Method
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until the batter is smooth and well blended.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
- Pour portions of the batter onto the pan and cook each side for about 2 to 3 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Continue cooking pancakes in batches until all the batter is used.
Notes
- For variations, try substituting all purpose flour with oat flour or use your favorite milk substitute. Adjust the sweetness according to your taste. Serve warm with your preferred toppings.
