Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ½ peach
  • ¼ cup cherries
  • 1 ounce almonds
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt with chia seeds and stir thoroughly to blend well. Spread this mixture evenly across the base of your serving dish.
  2. Slice the peach into small, bite-sized pieces. Remove the pits from the cherries then halve them. Chop the almonds into your preferred sizes.
