- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt with chia seeds and stir thoroughly to blend well. Spread this mixture evenly across the base of your serving dish.
- Slice the peach into small, bite-sized pieces. Remove the pits from the cherries then halve them. Chop the almonds into your preferred sizes.
- Top the yogurt base with the prepared cherries, peach pieces, blueberries, chopped almonds, and pumpkin seeds. Serve right away for the best freshness.
Notes
- For added texture, feel free to refrigerate the parfait for 10 minutes before serving. You can also substitute almonds with walnuts or pecans if preferred.
