Method
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to high heat.
- Slice the halloumi into ½-inch-thick planks.
- Rub both sides with olive oil.
- Place on the hot grill.
- Reduce heat to medium and grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until well-charred.
