Peel the eggs and cut in half width wise.
Gently scoop out yolks and place in a bowl.
Break up yolks with a fork then mix in mayo, mustard, and seasonings to taste.
Stir until smooth then add a few drops of green food coloring. Set aside.
Add warm water to a medium bowl and add vinegar.
Add 6 drops of green food coloring and stir.
Add the boiled egg white halves to the water and let sit for at least 3 minutes then flip and let sit for another few minutes.
Remove eggs from the water and pat dry.
Spoon yolk filling into the egg white halves, place on a platter, and chill until ready to serve.
