Pour in the diced tomatoes with their juice, green beans, rice, chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian herbs, red pepper flakes, grainy mustard, and Worcestershire sauce; stir everything together evenly.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then cover with a lid and lower the heat to medium-low.
Let it simmer gently for 20 to 22 minutes, or until the rice is tender and cooked through.
