Honey Mustard BLT Chicken Sliders Easy Weeknight Dinner

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack King's Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns 9 count
  • 8 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
  • ⅓ cup Cooked Bacon crumbled
  • 2 cups Fried Chicken Tenders roughly chopped
  • ½ cup Honey Mustard plus more for dipping
  • ½ large Avocado cubed
  • ¼ cup Cherry Tomatoes quartered
  • 1 pinch Flaky Salt

Method
 

  1. Slice the pretzel slider buns in half and arrange them on a baking sheet. Spread the cheese evenly over all the bun halves and sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top.
  2. Place the buns under the broiler for a few minutes, until the cheese melts and the buns are toasted lightly golden.
  3. While the buns are warming, coat the chopped fried chicken tenders thoroughly with honey mustard sauce.
  4. After the buns come out of the broiler, layer the honey mustard chicken on the bottom halves, then add the cubed avocado and quartered cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle flaky salt over everything.
  5. Top with the other half of the buns, separate the sliders, and serve immediately with extra honey mustard for dipping.

Notes

  • Feel free to swap the type of cheese or add additional vegetables to enhance the texture and flavor.
