Ingredients
  

  • 1 (1.25 -2lb) pork tenderloin – cooking times will vary, see recipe notes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil – you may need more if using a larger piece of pork
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub the pork tenderloin all over with olive oil or avocado oil.
  3. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, Italian seasoning, chili powder, onion powder, kosher salt, and black pepper.
  4. Sprinkle and rub the seasoning mix evenly over the pork tenderloin.
  5. Place the seasoned pork tenderloin in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 18 minutes, flipping the pork halfway through cooking for even doneness.
  7. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  8. Remove the pork from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  9. Serve warm with your favorite sides.
