Ingredients
  

  • 8 Street Taco-Sized Keto Zero Carb Tortillas
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 8 slices American Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Dill Pickle Slices
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped Dill Pickles
  • 1 1/2 tsp Yellow Mustard
  • 3 tsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
  • 1/4 tsp Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder

Method
 

  1. Warm up your skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix thoroughly.
  3. Divide the seasoned meat into 8 equal portions.
  4. Flatten one portion of meat onto the top side of a tortilla, covering it completely.
  5. Do the same for the remaining meat and tortillas.
  6. Place each tortilla with meat side down onto the hot skillet. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes, pressing down with a spatula to smash the burger thin.
  7. Flip each burger over, place a slice of American cheese on top, then cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese has melted.
  8. Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise, finely chopped pickles, yellow mustard, sugar-free ketchup, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl; mix well.
  9. Spread the prepared keto Big Mac sauce evenly over each smash burger.
  10. Top the burgers with shredded lettuce and add two dill pickle slices on each before serving.
