Ingredients

  • 1 Pkg (1.5 pounds) Bell & Evans Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenders
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 T water
  • 1 Cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste
  • Canola oil cooking spray

Method

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine the eggs with water and whisk until smooth.
  2. In a separate dish, mix Parmesan cheese with oregano, paprika, thyme, rosemary, garlic salt, and freshly ground pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, turning to coat lightly and shaking off excess.
  4. Coat each tender thoroughly in the Parmesan spice blend and place them in the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary.
  5. Spray the coated tenders lightly with canola oil cooking spray to enhance crispiness.
  6. Set your air fryer to 400°F and cook the tenders for 12 minutes, flipping them halfway through to ensure even browning.
  7. Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F before serving.
  8. Serve immediately with your preferred dipping sauce for a tasty low-carb meal.

Notes

  • For best results, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket to ensure tenders crisp evenly. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge up to 3 days and reheated in the air fryer.
