  • 1 cup tzatziki (cool cucumber dip)
  • 1 cup baba ganoush (smoky eggplant dip)
  • 4 pieces flatbread, warmed and slightly charred
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, sliced (English cucumber preferred)
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • Extra virgin olive oil for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Warm flatbreads and char slightly over a grill or pan for extra flavor.
  2. Arrange hummus, tzatziki, and baba ganoush in small bowls on a large serving board.
  3. Place flatbreads around the dips for easy access.
  4. Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes and sliced cucumbers across the board.
  5. Add Kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese in small piles.
  6. Sprinkle fresh mint and parsley leaves over the entire board for a fresh, vibrant touch.
  7. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil generously over the vegetables and dips.
  8. Season with flaky sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
  9. Encourage guests to dip flatbread and vegetables into the dips and enjoy the vibrant flavors together.

Notes

  • Use homemade dips for best flavor but good quality store-bought options work well too. Prepare ingredients in advance for an effortless brunch setup. Leftovers can be stored separately for up to 3 days.
