- 8 oz feta cut in 2 inch blocks

- 10-12 oz cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion sliced
- 4-5 whole Calabrian chiles + 2 tsp chili oil or sub 2 tsp of crushed Calabrian chiles
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup olive oil EVOO
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1/2 lemon juiced
