Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of your favorite seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups of freshly grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 3 pounds of boneless chicken breasts (trimmed)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix sour cream, garlic powder, seasoned salt, black pepper, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  3. Coat each chicken breast evenly with the sour cream mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese evenly over the chicken.
  6. Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of smoked paprika or fresh herbs like parsley. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
