Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix sour cream, garlic powder, seasoned salt, black pepper, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Coat each chicken breast evenly with the sour cream mixture.
- Place the coated chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese evenly over the chicken.
- Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of smoked paprika or fresh herbs like parsley. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
