Ninja Foodi Chicken Wings: Easy and Delicious Magic

These Ninja Foodi chicken wings are perfectly seasoned with a crispy skin, making them ideal for a main course or a quick and tasty appetizer. Enjoy the ease and deliciousness of this American favorite.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds about 8 full wings, fresh chicken wings
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper don’t use it if you don’t want spicy
  • ½ cup water

Method
 

  1. Unpack your chicken wings. Pat dry and trim them.
  2. With a knife separate the drumette from the flat.
  3. Sprinkle the baking powder over the trimmed chicken. Set aside.
  4. In a small bowl combine brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, ground black pepper, dry mustard, and cayenne pepper. Mix until all combined.
  5. Sprinkle the seasonings mixture/rub evenly on the wings. Gently rub the seasonings to coat every piece.
  6. Once all the chicken is coated with the spices, place back in the fridge for 20-30 minutes or overnight.
  7. In the Ninja Foodi inner bowl pour ½ cup water.
  8. Place the air fryer basket in the Ninja Foodi and arrange the chicken wings in a single layer.
  9. Set the Ninja Foodi to SteamCrisp, Steam & Crisp, temperature 390°F for 15 minutes.
  10. Flip the wings halfway through cooking.
  11. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • To reheat wings, preheat your air fryer to 350°F and heat wings for 2-3 minutes until hot.
