Ingredients

  • 24 Oreos
  • 4 oz softened cream cheese
  • 10 oz white candy melts (Ghirardelli brand)
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream (use only if Candy melts need to be thinned out)

Method

  1. Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until well combined into a dough-like consistency.
  3. Form the mixture into 15 equal-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the balls for about 15 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt the white candy melts according to package instructions; if too thick, add heavy cream 1 tsp at a time to thin.
  6. Dip each frozen Oreo ball into the melted candy coating, fully covering each ball.
  7. Place coated balls back on the parchment paper and allow the coating to harden at room temperature or refrigerate for faster setting.
  8. Serve once the candy coating is completely set and enjoy your no-bake Oreo Cake Balls!

Notes

  • For best results, use softened cream cheese and chill the balls before dipping.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • You can use different candy melts colors for festive variations.
