Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup ground flaxseed
  • 4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup or agave

Method
 

  1. Combine the oats, peanut butter, chocolate chips, flaxseed, and honey in a medium bowl. Stir until fully combined.
  2. Transfer to the fridge for 10-15 minutes to set the batter.
  3. Roll into 18 bite size balls.
  4. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container.
