Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 2 green bell peppers diced
  • 8 mushrooms diced
  • 4 slices provolone cheese

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onions, green bell peppers, and mushrooms; sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  4. Pour in beef broth and worcestershire sauce; stir to combine.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Simmer the mixture until the liquid reduces slightly, about 5 minutes.
  7. Divide the mixture into 4 bowls.
  8. Top each bowl with a slice of provolone cheese.
  9. Cover and let the cheese melt before serving.
