Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken tenders (thighs or breast)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stick butter
  • 8–10 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup parmesan (grated)
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • Fresh parsley (minced)
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Dry ranch seasoning
  • Dill
  • Onion powder
  • Paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

  1. Gently melt the butter and stir in minced garlic, grated parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, fresh parsley, dry ranch seasoning, dill, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken in a bowl and coat it with half of the marinade, letting it soak for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Warm up your air fryer and carefully thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers.
  4. Air fry the skewers at 375°F (190°C) for approximately 15 minutes, applying the remaining marinade onto the chicken halfway through cooking.
  5. Remove the skewers from the air fryer and serve hot, either as a tasty appetizer or alongside your favorite sides as a main dish.

Notes

  • For best results, soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before threading the chicken to prevent burning. These skewers pair wonderfully with a fresh salad or steamed vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
