Ingredients
  

  • 6 breakfast sausage links (fully cooked)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add egg mixture and scramble until just set; remove from heat.
  5. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into 6 triangles.
  6. On each triangle, place one cooked sausage link.
  7. Top each sausage with a spoonful of scrambled eggs and some shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Roll up each crescent triangle starting at the wide end, wrapping around the sausage and filling.
  9. Place roll-ups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seam side down.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
  11. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
