Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas with Fajita Seasoning: Quick and Delicious

Enjoy tender chicken breast cooked to perfection with vibrant bell peppers and onions, seasoned with zesty fajita seasoning in a slow cooker. This easy and delicious Mexican main course is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breast
  • 2 pieces Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 large Onion sliced
  • 1 packet Fajita Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice

Method
 

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Top with sliced bell peppers and onions.
  3. Sprinkle the fajita seasoning over the chicken and veggies.
  4. Pour chicken broth over the mixture and squeeze fresh lime juice on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once cooked, shred the chicken with forks and mix it with the veggies.
  7. Serve the fajitas with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • Adjust heat by adding chili flakes for a spicier version or swap veggies for your preference.
