- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Top with sliced bell peppers and onions.
- Sprinkle the fajita seasoning over the chicken and veggies.
- Pour chicken broth over the mixture and squeeze fresh lime juice on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with forks and mix it with the veggies.
