Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats (1/2 cup per jar)
  • 4 teaspoons chia seeds (1 teaspoon per jar)
  • Fresh strawberries to serve
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 2 1/4 cups almond milk
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Blend the sliced strawberries, almond milk, yogurt, and maple syrup on high speed for 30 to 45 seconds until you get a smooth strawberry milk.
  2. Distribute the oats and chia seeds evenly into four jars, stirring lightly to mix.
  3. Pour just under one cup of the prepared strawberry milk mixture into each jar.
  4. Give each jar a good stir, then cover and refrigerate for at least two hours or better yet overnight.
  5. Before serving, add freshly sliced strawberries on top for a fruity finish.

Notes

  • To keep your overnight oats fresh, store them in airtight containers in the refrigerator. You can swap Greek yogurt for coconut yogurt to make this recipe dairy free. Add extra chia seeds for more protein if desired.
