Ingredients

  • 48-ounce Bag of fully cooked frozen Homestyle Meatballs
  • 12 ounces Sweet red chili sauce (we use Thai Kitchen)
  • 20 ounces Grape jelly
  • 20-ounce can of Pineapple tidbits, drained

Method

  1. Place the frozen meatballs into the crockpot.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the sweet red chili sauce, grape jelly, and drained pineapple tidbits. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs in the crockpot, stirring gently to coat all the meatballs evenly.
  4. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 3 hours or on high for 1.5 hours, until meatballs are heated through and the sauce is bubbly.
  5. Stir gently before serving and enjoy as appetizers or over rice or noodles for a complete meal.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add some crushed red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce to the sauce mixture. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days and reheated gently on the stove or in the microwave.
