Method
- Place the frozen meatballs into the crockpot.
- In a medium bowl, combine the sweet red chili sauce, grape jelly, and drained pineapple tidbits. Stir until well mixed.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs in the crockpot, stirring gently to coat all the meatballs evenly.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 3 hours or on high for 1.5 hours, until meatballs are heated through and the sauce is bubbly.
- Stir gently before serving and enjoy as appetizers or over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some crushed red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce to the sauce mixture. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days and reheated gently on the stove or in the microwave.
