Turkey Sausage Breakfast Casserole Delicious Easy Recipe

This turkey sausage breakfast casserole recipe is a hearty and delicious dish perfect for any morning. Combining turkey sausage, eggs, milk, cheese, and bread cubes, this egg turkey sausage casserole comes together easily for a gluten free turkey sausage casserole option that everyone will love. Ingredients
  

  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt optional
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices bread toasted & cut into cubes
  • 18 ounces turkey sausage links warmed and sliced into coins

Method
 

  1. Grease a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray and warm up your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in the milk and add salt if desired.
  3. Fold in the toasted bread cubes along with the cheddar cheese to the egg mixture.
  4. Add the warmed and sliced turkey sausage coins and stir everything together.
  5. Transfer the mixture into your prepared baking dish and bake it for 30 to 40 minutes until the center is firm and the edges turn golden brown.
  6. Let the casserole cool slightly before serving and enjoy a comforting breakfast!

Notes

  • Using 8 to 10 eggs will yield a thicker casserole, but expect a longer baking time if you add more eggs.
