Ingredients
  

  • 2 naan breads
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place naan on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. Spread tzatziki sauce evenly over each naan.
  4. Layer with shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  5. Sprinkle feta cheese over the toppings.
  6. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until naan is crispy and toppings are heated through.
  8. Drizzle with extra tzatziki sauce.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before slicing and serving.
