Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup vanilla bean Greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (optional but recommended)

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix milk, vanilla bean Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet mixture over the oats mixture and stir until fully combined.
  4. Add vanilla protein powder if using, and mix well.
  5. Divide the mixture evenly into 4 jars or containers.
  6. Seal and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  7. In the morning, stir the oats and add your favorite toppings if desired before serving.

Notes

  • For creamier oats, use full-fat milk or add extra yogurt. Customize with fresh fruits, nuts, or seeds as toppings. Store refrigerated and consume within 2-3 days.
