Method
- Add shredded chicken, black beans, ranch seasoning, Rotel, and cream cheese into the crockpot.
- Pour in ½ cup water and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Once cooked, stir the chili to mix cream cheese fully.
- Serve in bowls, topped with cheese, sour cream, avocado slices, fresh tomatoes, and Fritos or tortilla chips.
Notes
- For extra spice, add diced jalapeños or a pinch of cayenne pepper before cooking. Leftovers store well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
